Van di Giangaetano

The Vanni is a 2021 Citroën Jumper, 6 meters long, handcrafted into a small home on wheels. It’s spacious and comfortable, but it does require a bit of familiarity with driving larger vehicles compared to a regular car. Nothing too difficult: the rear camera, parking sensors, and cruise control help a lot, but it’s good to be aware of this for a relaxed trip.

Living Area

The dinette comfortably seats two people and is great for eating, working, or relaxing. When needed, it can be converted into a small bed for a child (under 6 years old). Both the windows and the side door have blackout blinds and mosquito screens.

At the rear, you’ll find a transverse double bed (190×135 cm) with overhead cabinets and storage space for your belongings.

Kitchen

The kitchen is simple but fully equipped: two gas burners, a convenient sink, three spacious drawers, and an 85-liter fridge with freezer compartment.

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a small ventilation fan, a hot-water shower (10 L boiler), and a chemical toilet. It’s practical and functional for everyday use on board, but using external restrooms is preferable whenever possible.

The van is designed for off-grid travel:

• 2000 W inverter, USB ports and 220 V outlets
• Diesel heater
• Large tanks: 125 L fresh water, 145 L grey water

Excellent autonomy for several days of free camping.

There is a 3.5 m awning, generous rear storage, and space to carry two bicycles on the rear bike rack.
