- Comfortable Beds: 1 French double bed (1.35m x 2m) and 1 extra bed for a child up to 1.75m.

- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Refrigerator with freezer, sink, stove with 3 burners.

- Complete WC: Shower, toilet, and sink with separate faucet.

- Storage Space: Wardrobe and several cabinets.

Ease of Driving:

- Can be driven with a regular (B) driving license.

- Non-empty cassette – €25.00

- Non-empty waste water tank – €10.00

- Non-full fuel tank – €125.00 (if tank < 50%); €60.00 (if tank > 50%) + Service fee to refill tank – €10.00

- Delivery between Albufeira and Lagos at an additional cost of €50 per trip due to return costs.

- Check-in/check-out at Faro airport €80.00 (per service, on request)
