Info:

The security deposit must be paid up to 7 days before check-in via bank transfer (if the booking is made less than 7 days before check-in, the deposit must be paid within 24h). If the renter does not make the payment within the required time, a late fee of €50/day will be charged. The deposit is refunded at check-out if no damage is found, and 50% of the deposit is retained for 15 days to check for any hidden damages (like inflatable equipment), tolls/SCUTs/fines. After these 15 days, it is fully refunded if everything is clear.

On the day of check-in, the renter must bring the original valid driver’s license, valid through the end of the trip. If not presented, the rental will be refused.

If the owner has to wait more than 30 minutes after the scheduled check-in time due to delay or missing documents, a €50 late fee will be charged.

If you use toll roads, a €15 activation fee for the Via Verde system will be charged, plus any tolls and SCUTs.

If the vehicle is used under prohibited conditions (e.g., more than 2 people, trips abroad, or transporting animals), a fine of €500 will be charged.

If the van is returned very dirty or with tanks not emptied/filled, a €50 fee will be applied. If the fuel tank is not refilled, the full cost of the tank plus €50 will be charged.

In case of any damage (equipment/mechanical/electrical or cosmetic), the cost of a new replacement item + labor + 100% of that total will be charged to compensate for the vehicle being out of service until repairs are completed. For portable equipment, this also covers lost value from future bookings until replacements arrive.
