1 - Return with Full Tank: The vehicle must be returned with a full fuel tank. Otherwise, a standard fee of €50 will be charged in addition to the actual cost of refilling the tank to the arrival status.

2 - Full Water Tank: It is required that the water tank be full at the time of camper return. If the water tank is not completely filled, a standard fee of €10 will be charged for refilling.

3 - Interior and Exterior Cleaning: The camper must be returned both internally and externally in clean and tidy conditions. Otherwise, a standard fee of €60 will be charged for interior and exterior cleaning.

4 - Compliance with Usage Regulations: It is essential to comply with local laws and regulations when using the camper. Any violation of these rules will be the responsibility of the tenant and may result in additional penalties or fines.

5 - Respect for Passenger and Cargo Capacities: The number of passengers and the camper's load must comply with the vehicle's technical specifications and current laws (max 7 seats / 7 beds as per manual). Excess passengers or cargo may compromise the vehicle's safety and stability, and the owner is not responsible for critical situations, police intervention, or accidents.

6 - Smoking and Pets Prohibition: Smoking inside the camper is strictly prohibited. In addition, pets must be declared to the owner, as failure to declare them may result in a charge of €10 per day for the entire duration of the stay, to preserve cleanliness and prevent allergies for future users.

Costs and Security Deposit:

• For each violation of the above rules, a standard fee of €X will be charged, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

• In case of vehicle damage or additional expenses not covered by the security deposit, the tenant will be responsible for paying the additional expenses within a specified period.

• Travelers are advised to carefully read the rental agreement before renting to familiarize themselves with all applicable rules and conditions.
